As the judges noted our Spiced Fig Balsamic Dressing and Dip is "Gorgeous. A rich dark colour and quite pungent. We think the flavours are well-balanced; we can taste the figs and the cinnamon and we like the chilli kick. The flavours still linger, even with the heat. A very good product."
